Alviso Mills hefeweizen is the beer perfect for summer. It is a very easy drinking Bavarian Style Hefeweizen. Aromas and flavors are of cloves and bananas, with a subtle hint of bubble gum on the finish.
Alviso Mills is named after the the flour mill that was founded in 1853. Powered by wheat production in the San Joaquin Valley, the mill produced 300 barrels of flour daily. The mill closed in 1885.
