Dairy Hill Milk Stout is pours out nearly black in color with a creamy head. This ale features hints of chocolate and a slight roastiness gives way to a somewhat sweet finish from the addition of lactose. Poured on nitro, this is a smooth and creamy ale.
Dairy Hill gets is name from a small group of hills rising no more than 400 feet from the Santa Clara Valley. Once the home to a dairy run by the Azevedo and Bettencourt families, the area is now a residential community complete with housing, parks, and trails.
