Coyote Creek Session IPA was born from the notion that “less is more”. This gold colored ale has a piney and citrus hop aroma. The beer’s flavor has a resiny hop flavor, with lemon pith-like notes, and balanced with a light caramel malt flavor. Hop bitterness is assertive but not overwhelming. Coyote Creek finishes dry with a prickly carbonation.
